NANCY HUGHES
Research Associate
Nancy brings broad experience across research, insight and commercial analysis, helping clients shape projects, interpret evidence and turn findings into practical decisions.
EXPERIENCE AND APPROACH
Nancy has more than 15 years’ experience across research, insight, marketing and commercial analysis. She works across the research process, helping to define the questions a project needs to answer, shape the approach, gather and assess evidence, interpret findings and develop practical recommendations.
Her career includes strategic and commercial roles at AXA, where she worked on marketing, business change and corporate responsibility initiatives across the group. After first working with Chorus, she moved into an insight management role at Service Management Group, applying research and consultancy skills to help organisations understand and improve customer experience. She subsequently undertook development research roles at Peterhouse and Clare College, Cambridge, where she combined detailed research with the assessment of complex information and institutional priorities.
Nancy is experienced in supporting senior executives and working with stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority. At Chorus, she contributes wherever experienced research and commercial judgement are most valuable, whether that involves shaping a project, conducting interviews, reviewing evidence, identifying the implications of findings or helping clients decide what to do next.
