EXPERIENCE AND APPROACH
Nicola has more than 20 years' experience in executive interviewing, client relationship work and business development. She conducts face-to-face, online and telephone interviews with senior decision-makers, including chief executives, general counsel and legal, finance and HR directors.
Her experience spans professional services and financial services research, where she gathers candid, unbiased feedback and builds the rapport needed for productive conversations. She combines a structured approach with the flexibility to explore the issues that matter most to each participant, contributing reliable evidence to wider research programmes.
Before focusing on executive interviewing, Nicola worked in business development and client relationship consultancy for a range of legal services businesses. Earlier roles in tourism, transport and chemicals developed her strengths in communication, organisation and cross-cultural relationship management. She has a degree in French and speaks the language fluently.
